Gulbarga fort
This architectural beauty, The Gulbarga fort was originally built by Raja Gulchand and later it was strengthened by Ala-ud-din Bahamani. Gulbarga was the capital of Bahamani Kingdom from 1347 AD to 1424 AD. This beautiful fort has been built in the total area of 74.10 Acres with the circumference of 3 kms with 2 rounds of fortifications.
The inner wall is taller than the outer wall of the fort and it is surrounded by 30 ft moat. The rule came to an end during the British reign!
